4 day class for people new to the Project Management field.  Understand how to start a project with a clearly defined scope, how to set and manage stakeholder expectations, how to identify and deal with typical project risks, and how to meet the project schedule, cost and quality standards.

IT Project Management

4 day class for Project Managers in the IT industry.  Learn typical pitfalls of IT projects and how to overcome them (managing the changing client requirements is possible).  Master skills needed to deliver IT projects on time, within budget, and to specification.  This hands-on workshop utilizes group discussion and group problem solving.

Project Portfolio Management

3 day hands-on, instructor led training class focuses on Portfolio balancing, risks, roles, responsibilities, best practices, portfolio management principles, and techniques.  The class will help leaders identify, evaluate, select and prioritize the right projects.  Applied case studies and class exercises enhance the learning process.

Project Recovery, Salvaging, & Turnaround

3 day hands-on, instructor led class that focuses on key functions of Project Success and Failure.  Studies show that only 34 percent of all projects succeed.  The course offers tools and techniques on how to get projects back on track by adequately diagnosing the problem and taking corrective actions.

Construction Project Management

4 day class for construction professionals.  Construction projects are notorious for being over budget and behind schedule.  Based on the PMI methodology, learn broad concepts, best practices, and pitfalls of construction management.  Topics include critical path, cost estimating and cost control, risk management, scope and schedule management and tracking.
